As a team we find it very rewarding to participate in quarterly volunteer activities that give back to the communities we are part of. Some of our previous #SAMgivesback events include volunteering at The Humane Society of Charlotte, Friendship Trays, a My Best Buddies Walk and Poker for Parkinson’s.
Individual communities also host annual #SAMgiving Food Drives every November. We’re so proud our teams and residents volunteer to help a local food pantry of their choice. Last year we collected 4,426 items across SAM properties.
